EDUCATION
Transforming society and changing the culture of research and innovation starts with a new generation of bright minds. We co-laborate on educational formats aimed at youth and schools.

Pianeta
We co-laborate with the Italian NGO Pianeta coordinating education activities for youth (including art projects, walks, cinema sessions, public debates, joint projects) with the goal to inform about the tight interrelation between economic and environmental crises, and engage 16-30 years-old in projects that foster their ability to intervene in their communities and to articulate their concerns to local policy and education authorities.
Deutsches Museum and Green Chemistry
Plans are evolving to co-laborate with the Deutsches Museum’s chemistry collection to raise the challenges of late industrial life and sustainable molecular design through the museum’s schools programme while also raising awareness for the ambivalent presence of chemicals in local metabolisms and urban life.

NYU Gallatin Wetlab Collaboration
We intend to build further transformative teaching connections with the Gallatin Wetlab at NYU, formerly the NYUrban Greening Lab. They co-create learning experiences that are project-based, experiential, and integrated with ongoing research initiatives. Current collaborators include the New York Harbor School on Governors Island, NYC; the Billion Oyster Project, NYC, and the Governors Island Nature Initiative. Anne Rademacher, our PI, was a co-founder of the NYUrban Greening Lab and remains an active affiliate.
